CA Sameer Ladda CA Sameer Ladda is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in the fields of audit, taxation, project finance, and business advisory. A native of Barshi, District Solapur, he holds an M.Com degree and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA). He is also a certified Independent Director and has completed several post-qualification courses in Valuation, Co-operative Sector, PMLA, Public Finance, Government Accounting, MSME, Startup, and AI etc.
CA Sameer is known for his sharp business insight, strategic planning abilities, and strong network across Maharashtra. He works closely with clients not just as a service provider but as a business advisor and aggregator, offering tailored solutions across various industries.
In his leadership journey, he has served as Secretary, Treasurer, WICASA Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Chairman of the Pune Branch of ICAI. His leadership has extended into multiple social and professional forums, helping shape collaborative and forward-thinking ecosystems.
Under his leadership, S.P. Ladda and Associates has grown steadily since its founding in 2009. The firm now comprises five CA partners, one CS partner, and a dedicated team of 20 professionals. The firm’s practice areas include Audit, Income Tax, Project Finance, Business Consulting, Direct Taxation, and complete business solutions.
